Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Im EG befindet sich eine komplett ausgestattete Küche und das Esszimmer. Eine Sitzecke im sonnigen Vorgarten gehört ebenfalls zur Wohnung. Im OG ist der wintergartenähnlichem Verandenvorbau hervorzuheben. Dieser lässt sich durch Vertikalschiebefenster öffnen und wie eine Loggia nutzen.

Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus in einem Viertel mit Reetdachhäusern und freiem Blick auf das Achterwasser. Grundstücksgröße 1200 m². Die angebotene Wohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte besteht aus dem Eingangsflur im Erdgeschoss, dem Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 80 m². Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Sommeratelier der Malerin Kerstin Langer. In der anderen Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung (Kielhus).

Sie sind zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an der Steilküste von Bansin. Ebenso fußläufig zu erreichen sind: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, sowie die Promenade.
