We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

Despite the rural location, the historic city of Hereford is only 5 miles away, with Ledbury, Hay-on-Wye, Ludlow, and the rolling Brecon Beacons & Malvern Hills nearby.

Take a break and relax in a beautiful village/countryside location. The cottage, which dates back to 1650, is a short walk to the Malvern hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are public country footpaths from the front of the cottage that are a walkers paradise. Alternatively, the large private gardens are perfect for relaxing. The village has a pub, shop, doctors surgery a mobile Post office, beautiful church and 16th century village hall, all within a short walk.

Located on the Herefordshire/Worcestershire border. The idyllic market town of Bromyard is a 5 minute drive, with its old world charm and selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. It has a fully equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting areas both inside and outside to admire far reaching views across Herefordshire. It's just 3 miles east of the city of Hereford, 9 miles from Ledbury and a stone's throw from the border of Wales. The property is bordered by many footpaths with plenty of places to explore.

On the edge of The Forest of Dean and Wye Valley, this cosy getaway is a professionally converted and exquisitely decorated annex to our main property. This conversion was completed in 2022. PLEASE NOTE... You are welcome to use the woodburner during the summer months (May - Sept inclusive) but I do not supply firewood during this period. Please bring your own supplies of firelighters, kindling and logs if you would like an inside fire during the summer.
