The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.

I was born in this house to my artist mother 38 years ago. It is so treasured that I cannot bear to part with it. She painted the inside and handmade all the tile work. My career takes me far and wide so you will have the whole place to yourself. I keep my bedroom for the week or two out of the year that I'm home and rent the rest of the place. 5 minute walk from late night pizza, bars, restaurants, libraries, law school, corner store. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
