We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. From the Hart Farm: Pisgah Room (Room #1 of 2)

My farm is 8 miles from Brevard and a 45 min. drive to downtown Asheville. I am nestled between Pisgah National Forest and Dupont State Forest, which means unlimited hiking, waterfalls, swimming, kayaking and fishing. Cyclers will enjoy being on one of the many routes, while mountain bikers can enjoy forest trails and challenge themselves to the Oskar Blues Reeb Ranch. Equestrian folks can avail themselves to our local horse boarders and ride in both forests. There is something for everyone!

There's definitely a good chance you will see a white squirrel running through the yard as you chill on the back deck .

A public park with a pond, stream, pathway adjoin the property. 30-minute drive to Pisgah & DuPont Forests.

*4x4 or AWD only* Come enjoy seclusion and mountain views from this A-frame camping oasis hidden in the woods on our 125 acre private gated mountain top escape backing up to Pisgah National Forest. 4 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway for all the best hikes, and a 25 minute drive in to Asheville. Bring your own camping gear! We provide a bed platform, camping pads, charcoal grill, fire pit, outhouse, table, and a camping shelter to sleep in!.

Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood, the Byrd Box is a mile from our quaint downtown with shops, restaurants, and local pubs; a 20 minute drive from hiking trails, waterfalls, and apple orchards; and a short hour from the ski slopes! Come relax on our porch swing and enjoy the beautiful Blueridge Mountains. UPDATE: we recently added a fire pit patio area for your use. *Please note that our home is accessed via a short set of stairs.
