The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. Newly renovated studio apartment attached to home. Private entrance, shares 1 wall with the main house that is blocked off. The only shared space is the driveway. Located near the Asheville airport (2.5mi) and 20mins to downtown Asheville Private bath, queen bed, dining table/chairs, couch, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, tv/firestick. Mini split heater/AC unit with remote. Hardwood floors. Light blocking curtains for sleep. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE FUTON BED.

If you are planning to visit our state and national parks, please check to see which trails are open. Downtown Brevard is a quaint mountain town with unique shops, a variety of restaurants and art galleries and is just 15 from the apartment.
