The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

The apartment is exceptionally spacious, with light and airy decor and a selection of original artwork. It is a wonderful space to relax, admire the sea views and watch the world go by. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

23 Tackleway is a traditional fisherman's cottage in the heart of Hastings Old Town. The three bedroom cottage has the most amazing sea or townscape views from every room and is within minutes walking distance of the sea and all the restaurants, museums, pubs and independent shops the Old Town has to offer. The fishing fleet is launched from the beach at the end of the road and Tackleway has direct access to Hastings Country Park which has many walks and great views.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
