Welcome to “Wood View@The Old Grain House. A beautiful oak framed studio set in the grounds of our private family home. A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

A newly renovated 2 bed cottage with plenty of space for 4 in a delightful rural and peaceful location overlooking fields just 2 miles from historic Ross on Wye, the Wye Valley; Forest of Dean and other places of interest are all nearby. One pleasant and popular pub in walking distance. Many others nearby. Outdoor pursuits such as canoeing/ cycling/ mountain biking/ river walks all available nearby or relax on the patio with a bbq , or if a winter break curl up inside with our cosy woodburner.

The Covey, a Tudor cottage for two.

Set in tranquil countryside, on the Welsh Borders, down our private drive, a charming, spacious, 16th Century Tudor cottage enjoys beautiful views, secluded, walled, rose garden, private gate, secure for dogs. A perfect romantic cottage for couples. It boasts oak beams, ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views east over Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

The Nest, cosy eco-friendly studio, dogs welcome

The Nest is a cosy, airy refurbished self-contained eco-studio apartment in a peaceful, rural setting. Own separate entrance and self check-in. Wood-burning stove and en-suite shower room. There is a unique craftsman-built sleeping platform with double bed, extra sofa bed on ground floor. Free parking. Lovely views of the gentle rolling Herefordshire countryside. The River Wye is at end of the road. Peaceful wildlife garden space. Visit the on-site pottery for hand made souvenirs of your stay.

The Game Larders

Wythall is a half-timbered manor house in a secluded and idyllic setting with garden, fresh water lake, wooded grounds and vineyards. You will enjoy peace and quiet here and see an abundance of wildlife. Wine tastings and vineyard tours are also available via appointment. The Game Larders is completely self contained and situated in the west wing of the manor house. It is well equipped and furnished, with access to ample parking space and central heating throughout. Pets are welcome.

Whether you'd love to chill in your own peaceful garden, enjoy exhilarating sports in the Forest, explore the castle-rich borderlands of Wales or just need some peace to work with good wifi connections, this apartment, easily accessed by a ramp, would be ideal. We live across the garden should you need any help. Overlooking the treetops of the adjacent orchard, towards the beautiful Wye Valley and onward to the Forest of Dean, Treetops is a newly refurbished retreat for two people

The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

Bright & spacious with lovely views and lots of private outside space. GoodWifi. Kitchenette with oven/grill + hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Smart TV. Hammock.

Rural self contained annexe St.Weonards Hereford

The Homelands Annexe a fully self contained property with its own entrance adjoining our bungalow, with off road parking and a small garden to the front. The location is rural so you will need a vehicle or a local bus service is 1 mile away. The Local pub The Fountain Inn is the nearest pub opening from Thursday-Sunday and is a 20/30 minute walk away. We are Ideally situated on the Welsh border ideal for walkers, cyclists or a relaxing stay. Ideal for summer or winter.

Sheepcote Bothy with Black Mountain Views

Sheepcote Bothy is a newly converted summer house which has been designed and built to a high standard by my family and me over the past 12 months. Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire Countryside with a view across the Black Mountains, Sheepcote Bothy is separate from the main house and consists of open plan living, private garden and patio area, ample parking along with the use of the family tennis court. Also we have secure push bike storage

Quiet, luxury flat for 2 .

A large flat within a lovely, quiet Edwardian house with outstanding views of Hereford Cathedral and the Welsh Mountains. A great place to explore from or just to relax. On a summer evening enjoy a drink on the balcony and in the winter curl up by the woodburner. The flat is not ideal for very late nights out and isn’t safe for children or pets. Tea, coffee and basic breakfast items are provided.
