Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Now entering our 10th season, the Groovy Chalet is a 750 SqFt mountain pad with a private deck, driveway, and entrance. Our great proximity to hiking trails and skiing was mentioned in Travel and Leisure's "Best Small Towns in the Catskills" feature in 2022. This groovy unit is located between Belleayre and Plattekill mountains and is close to cool towns like Andes, Flesichmans, Pine Hill and Roxbury. Well behaved and housebroken pets are welcome for a $50 fee. NO ADDED CLEANING FEE.

There is a washer/dryer, a dishwasher an artist cabin and a private yoga studio. An easy 15 min drive to Livingston Manor for great restaurants, shopping and activities. Pet friendly.

Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Well ….she's taken. But I am so happy to welcome you as guests for a short period of time. Gingerbread comes with all the little touches making it feel like the perfect home away for a week, weekend or however long you can escape your regular life.
