Our converted self contained annex is the perfect blend of living and sleeping space. The ground floor comprises of a kitchenette with sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, portable ceramic hob, microwave and all the usual kitchen utensils. The spacious room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, TV and also a table and four chairs. The first floor double bedroom is bright and airy with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, bedside units and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Perfectly located between Southampton and Portsmouth, with lovely walks, pubs, restaurants and the Hamble River less than a 10 minute walk away. It has a private entrance and off road parking. The Foredeck is on Barton-on-Sea cliff top, and it is only a five minute stroll down to the sea shore.

The Little House, cosy hideaway in rural Hampshire

The Little House is a small self-catering pied-à-terre close to the main property. It is set in the beautiful rural surroundings of The Grange Estate, Northington, well-known for its stunning opera festival in the summer and weddings and other events throughout the year. There is ample walking from the door. One well-behaved dog allowed. We have dogs and chickens.
