Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . Feast your eyes on this awesome and unobstructed view of the West Elks mountain range and Grand Mesa from our big front porch! The house features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area, and a second living area downstairs. Outside you’ll find a patio with fire pit where you can sit around a campfire and enjoy the incredible view of Needle Rock and surrounding mountains. We also offer an RV site with full hookup.

Sunshine Cottage

Live like a local in our cozy little cottage! We renovated a garage which is located by our house on 10 acres of land and recently put in a seating area with Pergola. Our land is south facing on a mesa with a beautiful view of the mountains. We grow 5 acres of medicinal herbs, vegetables and berries. Lots of coming and going on the farm so hopefully you like people and be prepared for a lot of activity. Looking forward to hosting you:)
