Neu ab 09/ 2022: Optional kann 1 PKW-Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück für 5,00 €/Nacht gebucht werden.

Light and quiet attic apartment in a family house near Berlin. Via the highway AVUS you can reach the Messe Berlin-area in 15 minutes. The apartment is the ideal place for exploring Berlin, Potsdam and the surrounding area of Brandenburg by car. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Sie verfügt über einen Wohn- und Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer mit Boxspringbett & ein Badezimmer. Im Wohnbereich die Schlafcouch hat ebenfalls 2 Schlafplätze. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG/Souterrain und ist 45qm gross.

Meine Gästewohnung bietet auf 45 m2 Platz für 2-4 Personen. Sie ist gemütlich-modern eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein - so sagen es meine Gäste :-). Nach einem langen Ausflugstag ermöglicht einem das separate Schlafzimmer etwas Rückzug. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über eine eigene Küchenzeile und ein Duschbad. Bei mehr als zwei Gästen kann das Schlafsofa zu einem Doppelbett umgebaut werden.

Klein aber fein, ist dieses gepflegte Appartement mit ca. 40 qm nahe Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die moderne Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Ein Sprung in den Schlachtensee ist fußläufig möglich.
