Ma Mazie's has A/C, a modern kitchen, a flat screen TV, cable, and WiFi, yet blends in with New Plymouth's historic homes. The bedroom features a queen bed with an attached bathroom. Just off the bedroom is a screened porch with table and chairs. A perfect place to sit and watch the world go by. Several restaurants serving traditional Bahamian dishes are in walking distance and nearby Gilliam Bay offers the softest sands and bluest waters, perfect for shelling, swimming, and beachcombing!

This home is new and has two docks. One in front on Atlantic side and one in back on the Sea of Abaco side. You are 5 minutes from town and 15 minutes fishing off of outer reefs. Easy access to all marinas on the island. Can only get to house by boat. You don't need a golf cart. The Atlantic ocean is fifty feet in front of house and the Sea of Abaco is fifty feet behind the house. very quiet and peaceful lot with views that are incredible. Beautiful views and boaters access to everywhere .

This secluded, comfortable house has a large yard which is nearly surrounded by a canopy of native trees. Just a two minute walk to the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and the Sea of Abaco. HTC has a whole house automatic generator so no worries about the ice melting if the power happens to go out.

Waterfront Home - Deep Water Dockage-Private Beach

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.

This brand new 2 bd., 1.5 bath well appointed cottage is just an easy 2 min walk across the street to the pristine Coco Bay. The cottage has an open-plan living room and kitchen that flow onto a charming porch with views of Coco Bay. Coco Bay has a beautiful beach with aqua blue water, a public dock and many turtles and rays. A leisurely 10-minute stroll brings you right to the Atlantic Ocean.
