Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Live like a local in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. Our 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms loft is a former Eiffel atelier (you will notice the beams are the same style as the Eiffel Tower!). The space sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated. The large fully equipped kitchen is a cook's dream and the perfect place to whip up a meal after a visit to Marché de Bastille or Marche d’Aligre. Tucked away on a quiet impasse, you will find some of the best food in Paris at your doorstep.

L'Hotel Particulier se situe dans le 3ème arrondissement en plein Marais a deux pas de la Place des Vosges et du Musée Picasso. Construit au milieu du XVII ème siècle, l'Hotel Particulier est un des grands hôtels particuliers typique de l'époque. Vous accéderez à l’appartement directement par l’ascenseur qui vous emmènera au dernier étage de l’immeuble.

Appartement lumineux et agréable, vue direct sur la Tour Eiffel. Une chambre double, 57 m2, idéal pour un couple (pièce du fond non accessible car réservée à un usage privée). Situé au 3eme étage avec ascenseur. Quartier avec nombreux restaurants autour et métro à 5 minutes. Piano Yamaha de très bonne qualité. Je serai heureuse de proposer mon appartement à des personnes qui en serons respectueuses. Mon appartement n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un lieu habité et vivant.

Sa localisation centrale, ces commerces, ces restaurants et ces cinémas. Transports en communs aux pieds de l’immeuble ( métro, bus et taxis) des places de parking payantes sont disponibles dans la contre-allée en bas de l’immeuble.
