However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

You’ll have plentiful off street parking, a fenced in backyard, a large fully-stocked kitchen and spacious bedrooms with comfy memory foam beds. 1-2 miles to CMU, Lincoln Park and St Mary's Hospital. 10 min drive to the Lunch Loops mountain bike trail system and hiking and climbing in the Colorado National Monument. Please note this home is kept comfortably cool with an evaporative cooler, not AC.

A cozy and private suite (ADU) close to downtown Fruita and i-70 exit. The suite has a private entrance with keypad for self check-in. The 1br 1ba suite has mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer. Come relax in 850 sq feet of style and charm. Originally built in the 1940's, this log cabin was ready for some new life. We have completely renovated the space, adding vaulted ceilings and a fireplace. It's located on a corner lot with completely fenced in parking. The cabin is located 2.2 miles from the Tabegauche Trailhead (biking trails), 2.8 miles from Colorado Mesa University and 2 miles from downtown GJ. You will be 2 mins away from a grocery store, liquor store, and a yoga studio!
