Executive, cozy one bedroom, one bath, lower unit apartment. Full kitchen and full bathroom, with washer/dryer combo. Private entrance and private patio. Comfy queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Wi-Fi and cable channels available. Located in a safe, quiet, wooded, country neighborhood close to Grand Haven, and Holland, with access to many parks, beaches, and golf courses. The apartment is perfect for business travelers, couples or small families visiting the area.

Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

The Spring Lake Studio rental is a cozy welcoming space designed to provide comfort and convenience to your Lakeshore stay! A “studio” is an apartment consisting of a single large room serving as bedroom, living room, and kitchenette with a private bathroom and entrance. Great for couples, solo travelers, or small families. Trundle beds make it easy to sleep up to 4 guests. Easy access to the highway, bike trail, and all city ammenities. Grand Haven beach is less than 4 miles away.

Originally built in 1940 as a double camping lodge with a shared bath between them, The Loft is one of those, with a home addition added on in the 1960's. When I remodeled the home I created the modern version of a one room camping lodge with a bathroom and loft sleeping area. The home is full of character and some quarks but rest assured it is absolutely comfortable, cozy and efficiently set up for your stay.

On The Bay is nestled within a quaint neighborhood of 100 year old lake cottages and million dollar homes. A terrific play park right across the street. Downtown Holland only 2 1/2 miles East where you will find trendy stores, restaurants and pubs. The finest of beaches are nearby with trails at Felt Mansion near Saugatuck State Park and Sanctuary Woods County Park or Ottawa State Park. Just 10-15 minutes from popular destinations like PJ Hoffmaster, Grand Haven, & Michigan's Adventures and only 5 minutes from the Lakes Mall, US-31, & major stores like Best Buy, Target, etc. It's still a bit of a work in progress but our goal is to provide an immersive artistic experience that you'll love and want to return to - with each stay being better than the last :)

Kitchen, dinning room with farmhouse table that seats 8+, Bathroom with shower & vintage style tub, living room & master bedroom also on main floor. Upstairs offers 2 additional rooms & sleeping space! Yard with grill & deck to enjoy! Need more space for your group?! We now also own Jimmy's Place - located just 2 houses down and around the corner and can sleep another 8 people!

Green Acres: Your Home Among the Trees

Steeped in nature, the gazebo provides a get away into nature, with its double bed and intimate sized room this is a wonderful space for 2 to be immersed in a peaceful environment. Whether you came here to rest & revive or to explore there is plenty to be had! The gazebo has a nearby compostable toliet (shared with other guests), and just a 1 minute walk on a path in the woods to the main house (where the full bathroom is that can be used 9am-8pm).
