It is an easy walk to Royal Mail Hotel (1.4km) The house is fully equipped with all utensils and kitchen facilities. Pets are welcome and the large yard is enclosed.

Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located house. Swampgum Rise is suitable for singles, couples, families and groups. It is convenient to Halls Gap village restaurants and bars as well as close to many of the hiking trails. The house is showing its age a little (built in late 1970s), but it is cosy and homely. Special discount applies for more-than-one-nighters.
