The Cottage is very close to the hustle and bustle of the Silver Lake area, but provides a relaxed, efficient place to get away when the day is done. Mornings and evenings can be spent on the back porch surrounded by the woods. The Cottage is the perfect complement to a busy day at the lake. Ideal for 2 couples or a family with up to 3 children (appropriate for children ages 6 and up).

The Schoolhouse Cottage is your "home away from home.” Perfect for families or large group. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths there is plenty of space for everyone. We are centrally located between Mears and Hart and Ludington and Muskegon. With golf courses, multiple farm markets, Lake Michigan beaches, wineries, Lewis Adventure Farm and Zoo and more attractions minutes away!

In addition to outstanding views of the lake, direct Lake Michigan is just off the cedar deck down the dune trail and some stone steps, an ideal location, close to Silver Lake and just under 20 min to quaint Pentwater! The pristine setting of the cottage is on a dead end, private street. No neighbors across the street - just beautiful woods!

The Lakehouse on the point with 190' of waterfront

5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 190' of lake frontage, 2 docks, sandy bottom 1.5' deep at shore sloping to 4' at end of 40' docks, large deck, parking for at least 9 vehicles. There is sleeping for 20 (in beds). There is a grill, fire pit, kayaks (2) for guests to use. Just down the road from Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Something for everyone to enjoy. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.
