Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

**Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer (2h) is also available. ** The holidayhome is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, ice cream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

La villetta si trova all'interno del residence Saracen, dispone di un ampio spazio esterno, con incantevole panorama mozzafiato sulle isole Eolie, dotato di tavoli, sedie, sdraio, barbecue e doccia esterna. La disposizione interna è così composta: salone con ampia finestra panoramica, cucina, bagno con doccia e due camere da letto. La villetta dista 1.5 km dal mare e da tutti i servizi necessari raggiungibili in auto.

My cottage is situated 4 km from the seaside in the hills of Piraino. I have diveded the house into 2 seprate mini apartments with private access to each location.both have double beds and sofa beds, kitchen and bathroom.The cottage is situated in a 5 000 square meters of land. there is a large garden where you can have BBQs and relax. Easy to get to shops and motorway. Excellent restaurants, wineries and boat trips to the islands. Many amazing medieval villages to visit
