Gourmet dinning is just a 1. 2 kilometers walk away along the Ocean Beach Esplanade. Lots of kite and wind surfers, boats and barges pass in front of the house. All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.
