Simplicity and Comfort in a Beautiful Old Building

Seek sanctuary in the beauty of this old Victorian-style building that's the ideal place to quietly unwind. The balcony doors open up for plenty of light and fresh air from the garden. The 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms can be converted to a King size bed for a second couple or kept separate. Guests will sign in with security at the gate. I'll be staying in my painting studio which is not far away and I will be available at all times to assist. Long Street and the surrounding neighbourhood has an amazing collection of restaurants, bars, and cafes. All essentials are within walking distance, including supermarkets and pharmacies. The apartment has it's own garage to park your hire car and it is within 100m of where taxis congregate waiting for fares. For short stays, a house keeper will come in before check in and at check out. For longer stays, she will come in a couple of times a week (after 11am; Mon & Thurs); there is no additional cost, the extra cleaning just helps to keep things manageable. She will be available to do your washing & ironing if you request it. Note on the parking garage: The lock-up garage was designed for normal sedan size vehicles and will, unfortunately, not accommodate large 4WD's and panel vans. For guests that are going to be using a larger vehicle, there is a shopping center up the road that has overnight parking available (R100/night)

Please don't hesitate to ask should you need info about the city or places to visit. The loft is located on Bree Street—the new and trendiest street in Cape Town. It is lined with bars, restaurants, coffee shops, eateries, and art galleries, all within walking distance of each other. Uber is accessible throughout Cape Town. Hop on Hop Off City Sightseeing Buses. Many shops, bars, restaurants are walking distance from the apartment. WIFI & SATELLITE TELEVISION (DSTV) PROVIDED Other items provided: Hairdryer, Fan, Heater.
