It offers you three cozy bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms (pick between a bathtub and a rain shower), a fully equipped plywood kitchen with marble benchtops. Full of sunshine and art, it is a perfect vacation pad - wake up and watch rosellas play in the wonderful garden. Studio apartment in a quiet suburb, below our home with a nature reserve at the rear. Only five mins drive from Newcastle's John Hunter Hospital. Near the Hunter Expressway and M1 Link Rd. Light and airy, with quiet air conditioning. Separate front entry, including an easy stairway from the street level. Combination lock on the front door, so no key to collect. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.
