The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space, and the loft adds two twin mattresses for additional accommodations, ideal for kids. A spiral staircase adjoins both decks. The lower level has a relaxing hot tub with a privacy wall and patio furniture. A cable railing incloses the deck for an unobstructed view of nature.

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.

Efficiency space entered from a shared big new Ag Shed in Chimney Rocks Hollidaysburg PA. Private Efficiency w 2 Twin Beds and a small kitchenette. This is private quiet inexpensive accommodations. Could house an RV for additional fees. (Update to clarify and provide transparency the sleeping area is separate from the bathroom, the bathroom is shared with a infrequent use of the user of the garage.)
