We live in the same building, but offer guests their own space without interruption. The apartment is a small self-contained studio on the second floor. Private full bathroom and kitchen. Within a 1 min walk from the apartment you can be relaxing by the river, or floating along it with a beer! For travel by public transport, the Hardturm Tram stop can be reached with an 8min (577m) walk, Tram 17 takes you directly to the city in just 10 mins. The ETH Hönggerberg campus is just 1.2km away uphill.

Enjoy your stay at the heart of Zurich in the this sought after district by locals. My apartment is available when I am travelling. I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. The appartment is very bright and I hope you'll enjoy the sunny balcony, watching a film in the wall mounted TV and a nice sleep on hotel quality bed. You'll be able surrounded by my aquariums.

From my building to the main center and lake Zurich: with train is 6min with tram is 20min. There is plenty of restaurants and groceries shops w a 5min walking district.

We are also happy to welcome other guests in the open apartment. There is a direct 2o minute tram connection to the city centre. Please note that there are NO separate rooms as it is a loft apartment.
