Welcome to a rural and industrial apartment that belongs to me, a chef with passion for sevice. This place is located next to the Nobel Square in Malmö, with close distance to Möllevångstorget & Folkets Park. In 10 minutes you will get to central station with the expressbus no 5 that travles every 6 min. Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)
