Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

The In-Law Oasis, located in Main Street Suites is the newest accommodations on the St Regis River in brasher Falls. Guests will enter the Oasis through their first floor private entrance and large covered deck. Once inside you will find the perfect amount of space to unwind and recharge whether they are in town for a wedding,class/family reunion, visiting family at jelly Beans campground, or just needing a place to stay after dancing the night away on the deck at Riverview bar and Restaurant.

Train and history buffs will love this property!There are many relics from the original railroad to see. In addition to being right on the railroad tracks, the Depot is located on the Raquette River. Guests will experience beautiful water views, sunsets, and maybe a slow passing train.

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Well water, electricity, Wifi, and septic give this home away from home the comforts of modern living but in a rustic charm. Enjoy a front and back screened in porch. Located on 22 acres, peace and quite awaits.

Brooks' Sugarbush Inn

This cabin is tucked away at the edge of the woods for privacy and quiet time. The master bedroom downstairs has a double bed, and the upstairs loft has two twin beds. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and unique appliances. The laundry room has washer and dryer and plenty of storage space for your convenience. There is a back deck with great views and in the front of the cabin there is a firepit and 4 Adirondack chairs to help you relax and enjoy your evenings.
