Nel centro storico di Marradi, ma in zona tranquilla con strada stretta e percorsa solo dai residenti, trovi una palazzina di due piani al piano terra abitiamo io e mia moglie al primo piano trovi airbnb cielo e terra e di recente ristrutturazione una mansarda composta da 2 ampie camere matrimoniali un piccolo disimpegno dove puoi fare colazione e un bagno piccolo ma attrezzato di tutto, doccia, WC, lavandino e scopino idraulico, Wi FI free, parcheggio privato e ampio giardino adiacente la casa

The tower house is one of the two units to rent in Porcaticcio. Immersed in the woods, ideal for relaxation, outdoor sports, cultural and culinary tourism. A common swimming pool (8x4 m) was built in 2019 in the most panoramic and reserved point. Shower, deck chairs and towels available for guests. Porcaticcio is the residence of the sculptor Cornelis Rijken and his wife Gabriela, a yoga teacher.

The house is surrounded for three-quarters by about nine thousand square meters of land and it’s spread on four stories. On the second one two apartments are located and have been recently renovated. A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
