The Hilltop Perch is the upper level of our guest cottage nestled on 10 mountainous acres. Beautiful mountain views often include a stunning sunset (weather permitting) here on the property. We are private and relatively secluded, yet less than 10 minutes from I- 26 and Asheville Regional Airport. The Perch is a great hub for exploring Asheville, Hendersonville, the Biltmore Estate and surrounding mountains. The space is cozy, efficient and clean. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY, INSIDE AND OUT

Nestled on a private lane minutes from the Asheville airport and situated between Asheville and Hendersonville, this 695 sq. ft upstairs duplex unit blends modern style with comfort.
