Cosy studio apartment attached to a farm building on a sheep and beef farm. Outstanding panoramic views of Fiordland and nearby Upukerora River. Suitable for two guests. Fully equipped kitchen plus bbq area for cooking a meal to enjoy with the view! Basic cooking and some breakfast supplies provided (no bread). Ensuite bathroom (shower, no bath). Heated floor tiles, carpet and a wood fire (not Jan/Feb) keep things cosy on cool days. You will need a car; it is a 15 min drive into nearby Te Anau.

Location is between Wanaka and the airport, only a minute or two drive to the lavender farm. Owned by a young family, please make sure you’re ok with hearing kids and sounds that come from a rural environment

The guesthouse is made up from three separate units linked with a hardwood pergola and private outdoor BBQ and dining area. Glencairn is situated perfectly between Wanaka and Queenstown allowing you to easily explore the Wakitipu basin during the day and escape to your rural sanctuary at night.

Our "Shepherds hut" cooking facilities, wood fireplace, tv screen for dvd's(no WiFi), books for entertainment and homegrown walnuts to crack. Soak in the outdoor bath. Two bikes provided and a gold pan to take down to the river.
