Restaurant on property and many other within walking distance. All resort amenities included (pool, gym, kayaks, etc) as well as free shuttle service into Georgetown. When booking with us, you will receive a 15 page packet of information about the island from our personal experiences plus 5 days of itineraries!

Coconut Grove - Bonefish/skiff rental/blue hole

This is a relaxing place to hideout while exploring the island of Great Exuma. Great accommodations for a couple. There is a loft with an additional queen size bed for any extra friends or kids, as well as a couch that transforms into a sleeper. Enjoy the vast beauty of the backcountry amongst the bonefish flats. There is a blue hole swimming distance away. There are paddle boards and a kayak available included in your stay. Also for extra cost you can rent a skiff (little tiller boat).

Jimmy Hill Beach villas,a perfect vacation getaway

Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or planning a trip for the entire family, our amazing beach villas are just what you're looking for. Surrounded by a private beach, you can wake up to the sound of therapeutic waves. The bedrooms are equipped with king/queen sized beds on the second floor and a queen-size pull-out couch downstairs. The villas are equipped with A/C, WIFI, Netflix, a fully equipped kitchen, along with a patio area with grill for outside dining.

EKW Loft

The EK Loft is located in Ocean Addition West, a quiet area, three blocks from the main road. The loft has an ocean view and is within 150ft walk to the beach. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of waves and cool breezes. Enjoy great snorkeling just 25ft from shore. Go for a secluded long beach walk, as Breakwater Drive connects to Three Sisters and Jimmy Hill beaches. Convenient grocery shopping five minutes walk away, as well as restaurants within ten minutes drive.

The Sea-Garden Hillside across from Hideaways

Welcome to the Sea-Garden. A super comfortable studio that has everything you will need for your visit to Exuma. Only 3 min walk to the beach and to the restaurant/bar Splash that is open 7 days a week for all meals. The Sea-Garden provides a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and floating chairs for you to enjoy at the beach. It is very quiet and easy to access from where you park. Just a few feet! I also own the Sea-Lily on the beach side and the Sea-View.

Three Sisters Villa #2 One bedroom efficiency

Lovely one bedroom efficiency located in Mt Thompson sit right on the 3 Sisters Rock. This is the Sisters Villa to the other Villa. The Villa is centrally-located and 5 minutes from the airport. You will be able to relaxe with miles and miles of sandy beaches. Located in the area is a liquor store, snack shop, restaurant and a convenience store. There is also on site car rental. Just come with the mind set of enjoying yourself in paradise.

Relax in privacy with this 1bed 1bath waterfront house with a private pool and dock. Pelican House is located just 5 minutes from Georgetown and 20 from the airport. Hop in your boat or jet ski rental and jet over to one of the great beach clubs located 5 minutes across the harbor. Relax with infinity pool while enjoying the view. Whatever your choice, fall asleep at the end of the day in luxurious king size bed and start again. NO PETS.
