I live in the house full-time and am always nearby if you need anything. You’ll be using the same entrance, and while your space upstairs is private, this is a shared home

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.
