You can wake up and see cattle and horses on our working ranch. You can walk down our driveway and see the scenery of the Kansas Flinthills. You are a half mile from the Fall River Wildlife Area with its Public Hunting. We are also one mile from the Ladd Bridge where you can drop in your boat and/or Jetski and enjoy access to Fall River Lake.

You are renting a century-old homestead house. The bathroom is on the main floor, and the bedrooms are upstairs. 5 beds. Extra charge for more than 2. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, central heat & air, Smart TV, kitchen appliances & utensils, coffee maker, and more. The garage only fits smaller vehicles. The entrance is 7' 8" wide & 14ft deep. This unit is at the second floor. To get access to the room, you need to go through a long stairway. Ideally not recommended for anybody with super heavy luggage. We do not have elevator.
