Situada en Senhora da Ribeira, en la orilla norte del río Duero (a 15 metros), tiene unas vistas impresionantes sobre el río. Un lugar ideal para relajarse, pasear en barco o en kayak (coste adicional). Senderismo, excursiones en 4x4, cata de vinos y gastronomía son algunas de las experiencias que podrá disfrutar. Beautiful Hideaway in the hills of trás os montes

This place is our sacred go-to spot when we want to get out of the city and immerse ourselves in nature. This place has special significance for our family because it was here that as a child, we would spend whole days watching over the cows, reading and dreaming as the sun moved across the sky towards dusk. We have recently completed renovations, adding solar & central heating and we would love to share it with people who are looking for a unique experience in an unexplored region of Portugal.

The “Casa do Feitor” is a part of an old house in Quinta do Vilar, located in the Douro Valley. You'll be surrounded by vineyards, olive trees, fruit trees and vegetable gardens. There are farm animals and a mediterranean forest with oak, cork oak and arbutus trees. This is an eco-system which we look after with the utter most love and respect. It's our mission to honour, regenerate and preserve this system by respecting its identity including all the elements which take part in it.

Loja da égua

Era aqui, que em tempos do meu avô, se alocava a égua que ele montava quando ia às feiras a Vinhais, ou a tratar deoutros assuntos do casal um casal em Vila Nova da Rainha. A égua era um animal elegante, de cor castanho arruivado, que me fascinava, sempre que eu ia esperar o meu avô, nas suas idas e montadas. Houve certamente cavalos, burros, mas a minha memória vai para essa égua maravilhosa, a cavalo da qual fui para Vinhais, fazer o exame da então 4ª classe.
