We converted a portion of our home, a 19th century construction & mid-20th century Fells Pt bar, into a 500 foot apartment w/private entrance, bathroom, work & living space. The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.

Located within walkable distance to Cedar Lane Sports Complex (avoid the often-long line of traffic from SR136/SR543) & short drive to Aberdeen IronBirds Stadium, this private home is one of the four homes located on a gentleman's farm. This is an awesome location with close proximity to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and healthcare. Surrounded by luxury homes, you will be hard pressed to find a better neighborhood anywhere nearby.

Home away from home

This is a small house with private parking close to Baltimore and Annapolis. I have one queen size Murphy bed, one single pull out couch. It has an updated kitchen, updated bathroom, walk-in closet, Internet and heating and cooling. I also have a pellet stove. my kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, knives, forks, pots and pans. The bathroom has towels and rugs. I tried to add all the amenities to make it as comfortable as home. Look at pet rules under the other things to note section.
