The Annex at The Coach House

Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

The Garden Wing is a very special tranquil place

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
