Belle Vue´s Red Room. Located 1,2km from merimbula town center. It has spectacular views overlooking Top Lake and Bay, 65 meters above sea level. This BnB is located beneath the owner’s home. There is a flights of stairs, (22 steps), down to the Red Room. Only 1,2 km to town (15 min walk), yet secluded and surrounded by dense greenery on the edge of a nature reserve of bush land. The boardwalk is just a 7 minute walk away. Please Note: Outdoor kitchen with amenities.

Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage

Pet friendly cosy and warm rustic cottage on the water at Eagle Point. Eagle Point Lakeside Cottage is on Lake King of Gippsland Lakes. Cycling, fishing, walking, swimming and boating are popular here. Next door is the fauna reserve and great bird watching. It has a lake frontage and a shallow water jetty. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

My apartment is in a scenic location.Its attached to our house but is completely private and secure.A 500m walk to the lake and to the 4.5km walking track which goes into town following the lake.The beach is a 15 minute drive away.Our national park is a 10 min walk away. Note that Telstra phone reception works the best here, Optus and Vodaphone has limited reception.
