We've recently renovated our basement to create a stylish, modern, cozy and quiet guest suite. There is a side entrance that opens directly onto stairs taking you down to the unit. It has a locking metal exterior door for sound-proofing and security. The unit is a bright studio apartment with three large windows, a full kitchen, sitting area with tv and fireplace, dining table, queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and your own private bathroom with a five-foot shower. With extensive sound-proofing!

Centrally located, 15 minutes to Sarnia, 30 to Grand Bend and 40 to London. Groceries, beer/ liquor store and restaurants 5 minutes away in Watford. Locally, St. Thomas and Port Stanley have plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, breweries and local museums for you to explore!

Beautiful country apartment located in a woodlot between Chatham and London. Apartment is detached from main house and has a spacious deck surrounding it overlooking the forest. It also has a small cabin for the second bedroom that is accessible from March to October. There is a large inground shared pool, outdoor sauna, yard and walking trails nearby for nature lovers. Apartment and cabin are fully furnished and both have Wi-Fi. It’s located about 15 minutes from Rondeau provincial park.

Port is full of excitement: enjoy the theatre, public library, many coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, and Beaches.
