Facing East to West it boasts both sunrise and sunset views over the sea on either side of the building. From the kitchen, bathroom and second bedroom you can see the iconic orange Lido tower and out to Walpole Bay pool. From the main bedroom and living room you can track the tide by day and enjoy Margate’s spectacular sunsets with a drink every evening.

We love Margate and we think that our apartment in the Old Town is a perfect base to make the most of all that this amazing town has to offer. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a beautiful, flint walled c18th building in the heart of Margate's Old Town. Step out of the door and you will find many shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Also, the apartment is a stone's throw from the beautiful harbour and beach, in fact you can see the sea when you look down the street from the master bedroom!

Take a 2-minute walk to the sandy beach at the end of the road, then a 10 minute leisurely stroll (or bike ride) along the promenade into Margate, taking in the sea air & listening to the waves crash. The apartment will be your home from home during your stay with kingsize bed, white bedding, a sofa bed in the lounge, WIFI, smart TV & beautiful outside area to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Amazing restaurants and bars within walking distance and sunsets to die for.

Located centrally in the heart of Margate, this maisonette flat has stunning views across Margate beach from the bedroom. Easy access to the town and beach. close to bars and restaurants and the famous old town. 10 mins walk to Deamland, 5 mins away to Turner Centre, also 15 mins walk to the Train station. there is also the main bus station 10 mins walk which takes you to all the other towns in thanet and Canterbury. Not suitable for children and babies because of the stairs and windows.

You are a stone’s throw from the high street, Old Town, all the ‘life’ of the town and a 3 minute walk to the iconic beach - so very near to the other famous attractions in Margate! SeaSeat is a gorgeous flat in a beautiful old building, overlooking the sea. We call it SeaSeat because it’s hard to drag yourself away from watching the sea in the daytime or marvelling at the sunsets at dusk. This special place is close to everything that Margate has to offer, it’s right in the old town where all the funky shops, bars and restaurants are and a couple of minutes from the Turner Gallery. Stylish and comfortable, light and airy ..a little seaside gem!
