Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

(There are currently NO animals on the farm, as this is primarily a nut tree farm.) This idyllic escape combines whimsical structures, curated gathering spaces and a private wooded hillside surrounded by hiking trails and quaint towns. Disclaimer: This is a rustic cabin. Heating is from a wood-burning stove, there is no AC. The bath house is a separate structure from the cabin, up a hillside with stone steps. Cooking is via charcoal grills, small outdoor kitchenette or fire.

"Far from the Madding Crowd" Cozy Cabin Retreat

Cabin Clack is a quiet, stream-side retreat bordering 1000 acres of wild trails in NY State Forest. The cabin is a historic hunting cabin from circa 1935. The cabin is good for a couple, solo adventurers, or families (with kids). We welcome pets, and they will love exploring the secluded forest and the freedom of our virtually traffic-free dead-end road. There is a spring fed pond you can swim in.

Country Haven

Our decor is an Adirondack theme. Log bed, knotty pine. ceiling lighting and windows for natural brightness. Quiet, warm, relaxing. A large pond to enjoy, sitting by with a good book or watching the wildlife. We have a cobblestone firepit to enjoy during the evening surrounded by seating. We are a short distance from many attractions in Cooperstown including the Baseball Hall of Fame!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lady Viola (w/balcony hot tub)

Wander in this stunning Purple Victorian adorned with vintage curiosities on 1.6 bucolic acres. Get lost in the backyard, exploring it’s many vignettes: fire pit, apple orchard, wooded areas, and many places to sit and relax. Enjoy 2400 sq ft of indoor space inclusive of a chef’s kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and a variety of seating. Walk to downtown Cobleskill in 5 minutes.
