This is a charming, open plan, self-contained studio in a quiet location in a beautiful Oxfordshire village. It boasts a work station, furnished with ultrafast 300mb/s broadband, a table with 2 chairs, a home cinema (with screen and projector including Netflix and SMART TV), bluetooth HiFi and an exceptionally cosy loft double bed, plus modern kitchenette, bathroom and living area with two-seater sofa. Market town of Wallingford (setting for “Midsomer Murders”) is short walk, many amenities including boat rides on the River Thames an outdoor heated pool (summer), great restaurants and shops including Waitrose.

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
