Red Rocks is also the best base on Phillip Island - literally across the road to the beach and bush trails, while only 5-10 mins by car to the Penguins, the Surf beaches and the Race Track. The Studio is set on 3 acres at the end of a quiet country lane in rural surrounds and is the only guest accommodation on the property and has its own separate driveway. STRICTLY ADULTS ONLY .
