Between each rental, our concierge carries out a thorough cleaning of the house, however we still ask you to leave the premises in a decent condition, close to the state in which the house was found upon arrival, as you would do at home so that your housekeeper feels respected: we ask you to put the furniture and decorative elements back in place, empty the refrigerator, the bins, wash and put away the dishes, wipe down where necessary (sinks, oven and cooking rings for example) and sweep the floors lightly. The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent. The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table. The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor. The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)
