My place is good for couples, families with kids, and big groups, as long as they do not make noise and not disturb neighbors. It has originally 5 bedrooms, 4 upstairs and one downstairs. Another one was created, reducing the dining room area. ABSOLUTELY NO NIGHT PARTIES AND NOISE; BEING IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA.
