Some of its unique charm includes gorgeous wooden floors and hand-blown glass windows. As you relax in your room you’ll be swept away to another century as you hear the clip-clop of Amish buggies as they drive by.

Here you will find quiet and seclusion while staying close enough to enjoy all the recreational opportunities you love! Landline can be used by guests unable to get cell coverage.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Located in the heart of Kittanning within walking distance to the Kittanning River Park, Rails to Trails and downtown shopping and restaurants. Kittanning is approximately 35 miles north of Pittsburgh.
