Acacia Park Guest House is a spacious two bedroom farm house where coastal bliss meets rural charm. Set on five and a half acres only five minutes drive from the CBD and seven minutes drive from the Main Beach. This is a beautiful 3 bedroom luxury home in a quiet location with uninterrupted seaviews of Portland Bay. Enjoy beautiful sunrises or indulge in a BBQ and wine on the private deck. There is access to the local beach just a short walk away. Ground floor consists of kitchen, lounge and dining. Master bedroom has queen bed & ensuite, 2/3 bedroom have queen and share the main bathroom. A seperate lounge study upstairs provides a second living space.

The cottage is light and airy with full picture windows facing the mountains, this includes the main bedroom. A deck also allows outdoor access of the same views. It is fully self contained and you do not have to share any part of it with others not in your group. Both bedrooms and the lounge room have reverse cycle air conditioners, and ceiling fans. Fast WIFI is also available at the cottage, perfect for those working away from home.

"Kurrawa" cottage is set in the garden on grazing property in Byaduk half way between Hamilton: a welcoming town with cafe's, art gallery and a variety of lovely shops, and Port Fairy: a beautiful coastal town with its picturesque river and ocean beaches, cafe's, shops and quaint houses. "Kurrawa" cottage has a separate bedrm, bathrm and kitchen. Set apart from the main house and enjoys a full view of the property.

Emerald Hill Cottage is a comfortable self contained, self catered cottage set in acreage surrounded by fruit trees, vegy patch and gardens. There are free range Guinea fowl and chickens. Set well back from Port Fairy road (200m) and beside hosts, Pete and Bronwyn's main homestead. Pete and Bron are not always on site so you are bound to have some quiet times where you are free to enjoy your surroundings.
