Brambles has a new kitchen and bathroom. There are then 2 b/rooms, 2 reception rooms, separate WC+sofa bed for an extra person/s & Parking!

Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Its whitewashed stone walls and bare timbers retain the charm of the original building and two full length windows open onto a private patio and garden and flood the apartment with sunlight. This handcrafted dwelling is set in the orchard of Easter Barton, a 200 acre working sheep farm situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Berrynarbor in North Devon. Situated overlooking a small pond, great for exploring the breathtaking nearby coastline. We are within walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and some fantastic beaches and coves. Pubs within walking distance, a well stocked, Community shop and PO just down the hill. Please note check in/out Fri and Mon.

Cooking facilities are toaster, air fryer, a microwave with a bacon crisper and an egg boiler. Access to your private accommodation is via a entrance from the shared balcony.

We are dog friendly and there are a number of public footpaths that run past the door .
