We encourage you to explore our variety of activities: horse back riding, hunting, fishing, UTV rentals & more! Tres Molinos has free-roaming wildlife, goats, chickens, cows & exotics. You’re welcome to grab farm fresh eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast! Our animals are free roaming, as well as working dogs that watch over the ranch, so we require that your furry family member/s be leashed at all times when outdoors. Tuft and Needle mattress, Roku Tv, Fellow/Chemex/Keurig coffee setup w/ locally roasted beans (upon request), wifi, work table, propane grill, and large porch table to gather for a meal.

Welcome to Drippin West... Our spin on two of our favorite places in Texas - Dripping Springs and West Texas! Our cabin sits on the front acre of a 10 acre Hobby farm. We have goats, chickens, horse, and a few cows. While we keep the critters separate from the cabin they may come and visit the fence line. Feel free to give them an ear scratch! (but please do not open the gate) - NO PETS please, including emotional support animals.
