Historic Tower with Views of the Lake and Countryside

Take in the stunning view over Lake Trasimeno. Nestled in the Umbrian and Tuscan countryside, in a protected area known for its natural scenic beauty, this tower built using reclaimed materials features a private garden, barbecue, and pergola. The swimming pool is open from 15 May to 30 September and it is shared with other our guests. The tower is created out of the restoration of an old abandoned stable situated in the centre of a small countryside hamlet called Sanguineto. This place takes its name from the famous bloody battle of 217 BC fought between the Roman army and the Carthaginian army (led by Hannibal). Today this area is classified as one of outstanding natural beauty, where traditional farming methods are still very much in evidence, the major crops being olives and wine grapes. The property have been luxuriously finished using traditional building methods and materials combined with the latest technology. It has its own independent liquid propane gas (LPG) central-heating system, with the boiler located outside the building, as well as its own electricity. A pergola, and a private garden giving out onto the surrounding landscape, offering a magnificent view over Lake Trasimeno, complete the building. The tower has two floors, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, private garden, and pergola. Swimming-pool. The tower and the private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, pergola with table and chairs, reserved parking space. The pool is shared with the other guests of Borgo Sanguineto. The area of Lake Trasimeno offers the opportunity to visit many medieval villages. It is also close to several historical cities, such as Siena, Perugia, Arezzo, Assisi, Cortona, Rome, and Florence. The tower has a private parking. is advisable to have a means of transport available to move.

Piccolo rudere in pietra ristrutturato all'ombra del bosco, un angolo di paradiso sospeso tra Toscana e Umbria, ideale per rilassarsi e vivere atmosfere del passato. Si trova nei pressi del grazioso Borgo Medievale di Pierle, nel quale domina un castello dell'XI secolo. Anticamente utilizzato come essiccatoio per castagne (metato), il piccolo rudere è stato ristrutturato conservando le caratteristiche originali e con una ispirazione data dalle antiche case coloniche toscane tipiche del luogo.

Luminoso, delizioso e accogliente appartamento situato proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cortona con un panorama indimenticabile: il palazzo comunale da una parte ed il lago Trasimeno e la Valdichiana dall'altra. L'appartamento è stato recentemente ristrutturato ed è composto da una sala con divano letto, una piccola cucina, una camera matrimoniale e due bagni. Nell'appartamento è disponibile WiFi, riscaldamento ed aria condizionata, lavatrice, forno, microonde, asciugacapelli e piastra.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

A paradise for walking, cycling, relaxing, writing, sketching, meditating, yoga with oak & chestnut forests, pastures with wild herbs and flowers, overgrown vineyard & olive groves and a small lake. The chalet is not luxurious but contains all you need for a get-away-from-it-all stay immersed in nature. Access is by bumpy but driveable 1km track.

Appartamento inserito all'interno di un palazzo storico di Cortona, collocabile nel 1500, con vista sulla piazza principale della città... La nostra struttura, pur condannando la guerra, si dissocia da tutti i comportamenti razzisti verso la popolazione russa e bielorussa. A Casa del Passerino le persone di queste nazionalità sono ben accette e saranno considerate alla stregua di tutte le altre. Vi aspettiamo in Toscana!
