The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Basement apartment in Pendleton w/ sep. entrance

This is a basement apartment in my personal home with its own separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchen. Parking is on the street in front of the house and there’s a concrete walkway that takes you down to the entrance. It’s a studio style apartment with your own thermostat, a king bed, ceiling fans, over 500 sqft, and a fenced backyard for your pup if you bring one. Though the house isn’t directly on the water, our private dock on Hartwell is only a 1-2 min walk away! Nestled between Greenville and the mountains, this home is great for Clemson trips, lake adventures, close night life, restaurants, family entertainment, & more!

Downtown Clemson and lots of great restaurants are walking distance along with free bus service around town. If staying in is preferred, you have a fully equipped kitchen and dinning table, comfortable living room with WiFi and a smart tv with preloaded streaming services.

Right between Seneca and Clemson you will find our getaway. It's 5 mins from Historic Ram Cat Alley with shopping, restaurants, and breweries with Jazz on the Alley music every Thursday night (April - Oct.) It's only 10 minutes from Clemson University. Surrounded by 3 different lakes Jocassee, Keowee, and Hartwell with just a short drive away. You can ride 30 mins up to the mountains where you can hike trails and see waterfalls the foothills have to offer.

Enjoy beautiful lake views on the covered porch or from our dock. A Private Neighborhood Boat ramp is 25 feet from our home. Bring your boat, use our dock, space for multiple trailers. Driveway parking. Dogs Welcome! ($25 pet fee/entire stay)

BRAND NEW 490 sq ft tiny house/cottage nestled in the woods in a country setting. Complete with a queen bedroom, a twin/day bed and then a queen bed in loft ( comfortably sleeps 4 adults and one child). We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.

Windmill Cottage

You’ll treasure your time at this cute little cottage. It is 295 sq feet and was built in 2023 at the edge of the woods on our property. It has a full kitchen, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom and living room. It is perfect for one or two people, for either a quiet get-away in the country or for someone who is in town for work and is looking for a more extended stay.
