Park in the driveway next to my van You might hear the sounds of kids playing next door. Outdoor and Sun porch are shared space that includes a huge in-ground pool, beautiful screened in sun porch, outdoor dining, fire pit, hot tub, and trampoline. The pool closes September 19th will re-open next Summer.

The 1st floor has a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace a bedroom w/ a queen size bed, the only bathroom on the 1st floor. 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms one with twin beds and 1 master bedroom with a queen bed.

The apartment is fully private, with a separate entrance but is attached to my personal residence. *The floor mattress is only appropriate for 5'2" and below. *The stairs to access the apartment are steep and may present problems for those with mobility issues. Long term stays on a case by case basis.
