Hier können Sie ganzjährig eine besondere Kombination aus Natur und Urbanität vom Wasser aus kennenlernen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen.

A special highlight is the Finnish sauna in the apartment. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is only 200m away from the flat. A shopping center is nearby. Garage for free.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Hier bist du nicht weiter als 4 km vom Kurfürstendamm entfernt und die Friedrichstraße ist nicht weiter weg als 6 km. Somit bist du zentral zur City-West und City-Ost. Wir sind uns sicher, dass du dich wie zu Hause fühlen wirst. Wenn es Probleme gibt, stehen wir dir 24/7 zur Verfügung.
